FIELD GUIDE

Exploration Over Expectation

Expectation closes the gate. When you try to make something happen, you constrict the very signal that lets it unfold. Be an explorer, not a performer.

Aphantasia Guide

If you can’t see it—build it: Draw, collage, or AI-generate the scenes.
Pin them up where you’ll see them. Before each session, look—then close your eyes and feel: texture, sound, rhythm. Experiment. Find what clicks. You’re not missing images—you’re building them through sensation.

Proper Positioning
= Better Phasing

Experiment with sitting and lying down. Lying flat can encourage clicking out (falling asleep or losing time), while reclining at 45° keeps you alert during the SleepWake™ State. If you’re in a noisy environment, lightly place a pillow over your head (while keeping your airways clear). It helps muffle external sounds and deepens the immersion—so the signal becomes your primary focus.

Use YOUR DECLARATION with intent

Speak it like ignition. You’re not reciting; you’re activating.
Each word sets direction for where your system is about to go.
Once we go further and you stop reciting line by line, feel free to write your own.

IF NOTHING HAPPENS (YET)

This is normal. Early sessions are often quiet while your system recalibrates.

Look for small shifts:
a widening of space behind the eyes,
a ripple in the dark,
a drop in body weight,
a feeling that your awareness moved even slightly.

These early markers are part of the training.
If nothing shows up at all, you still strengthened the pathway.
With repetition, the signal grows louder and clearer.

You’re not failing — you’re forming the circuitry.

HOW OFTEN TO PRACTICE

3–4 sessions a week builds the wiring fastest. Daily is powerful.

Your system learns through repetition, not force. If you’re exhausted, skip a day — a tired system won’t take the signal well. Small sessions compound. Keep showing up. The Vessel responds to consistency.

Always use stereo headphones

Non-negotiable. SonicSync™ Technology only works with split-channel input, so each ear must receive a distinct signal. Confirm right ear to right channel, left to left. Keep the guide’s voice just above audibility. If it startles you after silence, it’s too loud.

SONIC VESSEL SYSTEMS

Systems are the functional frameworks within each Transmission—distinct mechanisms designed to modulate perception, energy, and awareness. Each System serves a specific purpose: to stabilize, heal, amplify, or protect the traveler’s signal. They operate like onboard instruments inside The Sonic Vessel, awakening and tuning latent human capabilities through guided use. See below:

SONIC VESSEL™ SYSTEMS

The Never there™

The Never There™ is an engineered void that pulls interference out of your system.
You don’t visualize it — you feel it arrive: a pressure drop, a suction, a hollow forming in your field.

Hold it in your mind for a moment.
Let it absorb anything that clings: leftover thoughts, emotional residue, external noise, expectations, other people’s static. If something feels “sticky,” name it internally — the label helps the void take it.

When the pull peaks, the field collapses inward.
What was once there is now Never There™.
And you are lighter, clearer, and ready to travel.

WaveShield™

With your breath, feel energy rising through your body, flowing out the crown of your head, and re-entering through the soles of your feet. Repeat until it spirals around you like a cocoon. When it begins to pulse, you’ve built your shield.

THE TUNING PHASE™

The Tuning Phase™ is how you clear static and bring your system into coherence. You use the breath as a tool: inhale to pull fresh signal up through the body, exhale to release old charge. The rhythm beneath the Transmission does the rest — you’re syncing your internal circuitry to the audio engine.

Once the breath feels automatic, add a soft hum on the exhale. You’re not matching the tone, just letting your system vibrate with it. When tuning locks in, sound feels different, the body softens at the edges, and space begins to widen. That’s the shift — you’re tuned and ready to move on.

SOUVENIRS™

Souvenirs™ are what you bring back from the Transmission — not memories, but traces.
A sensation, a pull, a word, a fragment of pressure or color, a moment that didn’t feel like “thought.”
These marks become your map.

Capture them as soon as you return — one line, one symbol, one sentence.
Don’t analyze; just note whatever lingers.
Souvenirs™ build over time, forming a pattern that shows how your system travels and what it responds to.

They’re small now.
They grow.
Add them to The Map.
Report them after each Transmission.

The Body Dock™

The Body Dock™ isn’t a visualization exercise — it’s a system handoff.
You’re giving your body a place to rest so your awareness can move without drag.
When the Dock forms, don’t strain to “see” it. Just register a sense of a structure pulsing beside you.

Zip yourself down and step out — however your system does it. Some people feel a slide, some feel a forward pull, some just intend it. All of these count. Place the body into the Dock. It doesn’t need to look perfect. If certain areas draw attention — ache, pulse, or feel “loud” — attach the golden cords there. That’s the repair cycle.

You’ll know the Dock is active when the body feels parked, and your awareness feels lighter or slightly unhooked. If you feel nothing at all, that’s also normal — the Dock runs in the background. Your body is secured and recharging. The traveler is free to go.

THE SLEEPWAKE™ STATE

The Sleepwake™ State is where the body powers down while awareness stays sharp. You don’t force it — you let the body drift into heaviness or fade into the background as your attention hovers just ahead of it. When the edges of the body blur, you’re entering the split-state.

Stay with the signal. Sound holds you in this zone while the body drops away and your awareness becomes lighter, wider, and unhooked from weight. When the body feels distant and the mind feels alert, you’ve reached AP2 — the threshold where real separation begins.

IF YOU FALL ASLEEP

It’s normal — it means your body took the signal faster than your awareness did.
Next time, try keeping one point of attention active: the hum, the breath, or the feeling of space expanding behind your eyes.
A slightly upright position also helps, as does a cooler room or earlier session time.
With repetition, your system learns the split, and you’ll stay awake while the body goes offline.

HOW TO RETURN — ANCHOR

Anchor is your return code.
You say the word in your mind, and the system snaps back online:
awareness reconvenes, the body powers up, and the Dock dissolves.

If you ever need to return early, use Anchor the same way.
A single intentional inhale or a small physical movement—like wiggling a finger—will reboot the connection instantly.

You’re always in control of the return.
Anchor brings you back.
